Challenge

Barloworld needed to immerse 100 senior leaders in the company's future vision during a 3-day event in Doha, Qatar — with a program substantial enough to align a global leadership team around a shared strategic direction.

The CHANGE Effect

CHANGE executed ongoing internal campaigns and managed a 2-day strategic conference, followed by a series of curated events: a gala dinner, welcome cocktail, and farewell dinner.

We included cultural showcases and greeting messages in all official languages spoken across the organisation, ensuring every delegate felt seen, heard, and represented throughout the experience.
